Linamii is a trading name of Price Land Enterprise (Pty) Ltd
(Reg. 2015/400525/07), the responsible party for your personal
information under the Protection of Personal Information Act
(POPIA). Our Information Officer is Nkanyiso Gracious Maqubela.

WHAT WE COLLECT
Information you give us: name, delivery address, email, phone
number, and order details. We do not see or store your card
details; these are handled by our secure payment provider.
Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data
through cookies, to run the store and improve it.

WHY WE COLLECT IT
To process and deliver your orders, to communicate with you about
your orders, to run the A-moreYellow rewards programme, to comply
with our legal duties, and, only with your consent, to send you
marketing.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only those who help us fulfil your order: our payment gateway, our
courier partners, and our e-commerce platform (Shopify). We do not
sell your personal information to anyone.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER POPIA
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to
correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw marketing

these rights. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it
only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law
