Linamii is a trading name of Price Land Enterprise (Pty) Ltd
(Reg. 2015/400525/07). This policy sets out your rights when
returning goods bought from linamii.co.za, and adds voluntary
rights on top of those the law already gives you.

YOUR 7-DAY COOLING-OFF RIGHT (ONLINE PURCHASES)

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions
Act, you may cancel an online order and return the goods within 7
days of receiving them, for any reason, and receive a full refund
of the price paid for the goods. You pay the cost of returning the
item to us. This right does not apply to certain goods (see
"Items that cannot be returned" below).

OUR VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURNS
On top of your legal rights, we choose to accept returns of unused
items in their original, sealed packaging for up to 30 days from
delivery. This is a goodwill policy, not a legal requirement, and
the conditions below apply.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For hygiene and safety reasons, feeding items (bowls, plates, cups,
bibs, forks and spoons) can only be returned if the original seal
is unbroken. Once opened, they cannot be returned unless faulty.
Hand-made crochet items made to order are excluded from the no-fault
cooling-off right, because they are produced specifically for you.
They can still be returned if faulty or if they do not match the
order (see "Faulty or incorrect items").

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, all goods carry an
implied warranty of quality for 6 months from delivery. If an item
is faulty, not as described, or unsuitable for its intended purpose,
you may return it for a repair, replacement, or refund, and the
choice is yours. We pay the cost of return in these cases.

WhatsApp us on 071 868 0129 or email info@linamii.co.za with your
order number and, where relevant, a photo. We will confirm the
return address and next steps.

REFUNDS
Cooling-off refunds are paid within 15 days of us receiving your
cancellation. Other approved refunds are paid within 10 working days
of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
