Shipping policy

Linamii is a trading name of Price Land Enterprise (Pty) Ltd
(Reg. 2015/400525/07). We deliver across all nine provinces of
South Africa.

DISPATCH
In-stock orders are dispatched from our Randburg base within 1 to 2
working days. Hand-made crochet items are made to order; the
dispatch timeframe is shown on each product page.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Main centres: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Outlying areas: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. If delivery will
exceed 30 days, we will contact you and offer a full refund, as
required by law.

DELIVERY COST
Delivery is calculated at checkout by our courier partner, Bob Go,
based on the parcel's weight and your delivery address, so you
always see the exact cost before you pay. Qualifying orders above
the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout are delivered free.

TRACKING
You receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp when your parcel
is collected. If your tracking has not updated in 48 hours, contact
us on 071 868 0129.

ORDER COLLECTION
Collection by arrangement from 372 Surrey Avenue, Ferndale,
Randburg, Gauteng, 2194. WhatsApp us to arrange a time.

RISK
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your
parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
